Andy Hague Joins Wolters Kluwer UK as Executive Director of Croner

London, 2 November 2010 – Wolters Kluwer (www.wolterskluwer.co.uk) has appointed Andy Hague to head its Croner unit in the UK.


Croner (www.cronersolutions.co.uk) is the UK’s largest provider of workplace information, software and services for HR and health & safety professionals and business managers. Hague will be responsible for growing Croner’s operations by developing and bringing to the market services that combine software, consultancy and business information to help companies manage their employment, health & safety and related compliance and regulatory needs.


An experienced business leader, Hague brings more than 15 years of senior management from the SME and corporate sectors. He joins Wolters Kluwer from NCC Group where he headed the assurance testing division, significantly increasing its revenue and profit in his four years’ tenure at the company.


Starting his career with the retailer and brewer, Bass, on its fast-track management development programme, Hague subsequently became MD of a successful telecoms and hosted software provider.


Hague will report directly to the CEO of Wolters Kluwer UK, Cathy Wolfe. Wolfe says: “We have reached an important turning point in Croner’s business strategy.
