Spandrel Property Services Contracted to Manage First New Jersey Project

Dec. 7, 2010 - PRLog -- RAHWAY, NJ – December 6, 2010 – Expanding its portfolio to New Jersey, New York City-based Spandrel Property Services, a boutique property management affiliate within The Spandrel Group network of real estate companies, has been tapped to manage its first residential development in Rahway, New Jersey encompassing the remaining sponsor units within Skyview at Carriage City Plaza.

The company has been contracted to manage unsold units within Skyview, a 222-unit, mid-rise condominium building developed by Silcon Group and built in 2008. Spandrel will be managing the 160 one- and two-bedroom residences, which are currently being marketed as rentals. To assist in the leasing efforts for the rental homes, Spandrel has appointed The Real Estate Group of NY, one of New York City’s premier residential brokerages to act as leasing agent.
