The BootCamp Compliance Training Program was developed by Margo Thomas, President of Marlynn Consulting Group, LLC.  After verifying incentive compliance data on behalf of the State of Florida for nine years, Mrs. Thomas became painfully aware that many companies leave money on the table each year due to inadequate documentation of their compliance commitments.

The purpose of the BootCamp Compliance Training Program is to educate participants of major Florida incentive programs on the basics of incentives, along with teaching them how to successfully navigate the compliance process.  Participants of this training program will be provided with relevant information about their incentive project(s) and the specific program requirements, per their incentive agreements.  Marlynn Consulting Group will focus on the specific types of reporting requirements and documentation accepted by the State of Florida to prove a company has satisfied its incentive commitments.

Participants of the BootCamp Compliance Training Program will be able to effectively analyze their compliance goals to determine whether their company complied with the terms of their incentive agreement(s).  Participants will also be able to develop a system to track their compliance goals throughout the year to prevent suprises at the end of the year.  When the BootCamp Compliance Training Program is completed, participants will be equipped with the knowledge needed to successfully monitor their compliance goals and report to the grantor agency that they have satisfied their annual commitments.

The main goal of the BootCamp Compliance Training Program is to teach participants of incentive programs how to effectively manage their compliance goals to obtain maximum benefit from their incentive project(s).  As a result, companies will be able to maximize their incentive payments.
