The portal for vacation management has been developed by an experienced IT team during the last eighteen months. As a result, the employees of Elinext have an effective tool for vacation planning and reporting. The portal is designed as simple as possible and has included the following features: • User profiles with all personal information and the number of available vacation days • An online application form which allows to apply for vacation and get approval • A history of previous vacations with relevant filters Initially, the vacation manager was a side-project of one of developers that evolved into a useful web tool for the whole company. "I am deeply convinced that portal will be a great asset in vacation management and in more effective communication between managers and employees," said Alexei Trigolos.
