Tom Dumke to Display Crafted Wood Furniture at Under the Oaks Fine Arts and Fine Crafts Art Fair

Feb. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- From the depths of the wild expanses of his own imagination, Tom Dumke creates furniture utilizing domestic and exotic  woods.  Working with solid woods, Dumke brings a softness to the lines of the furniture with the unique figure that is being used.  Through his craft, Dumke seeks to give the furniture enthusiast a full experience of the piece, so that they might almost feel the warmth of the wood and visualize the piece in their home.  At his shop in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Dumke has crafted furniture since 1996.   In addition to being a self-taught craftsman, he gets his inspiration from Fine Woodworking magazine and other fine craftsman.
