March 19, 2011 - PRLog -- March 21, 2007 - Palmetto, FL - Power Contracting recently announced the completion of Harold Court Townhomes. Located in Clearwater, the townhomes, constructed for Tampa-based High-Point Development, consist of six three-story buildings. The townhomes were built at a construction cost of $75 per square feet and are move-in ready.
