Sunquest introduces new Integrated Clinical Environment (ICE™) modules

March 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Sunquest Information Systems® announces three innovative enhancements to its ICE 5.0 Solution Suite, a comprehensive range of web-based software applications principally intended for use in primary and secondary care NHS Trusts. The sophisticated, user-friendly Sunquest ICE Clinical Forms Toolkit allows patient data to be centralised and customisable clinical forms to be created. Data concerning diagnosis, treatment and medication can be entered directly into patient records, and images such as x-rays and photographs can be annotated and embedded into the forms, eliminating paper records.



Clinicians can monitor patients and day-to-day clinical activity with Sunquest ICE Patient Lists, taking advantage of multiple display options that list patients associated with a particular location, alert or clinical form. The process can be automated, allowing movement of patient information directly from one list to another.



Sunquest ICE Whiteboard provides a configurable, consolidated view of events occurring in ICE, complementing existing ICE modules. Real time patient information is shown in a single, highly visible, user-friendly display, enabling clinical staff to view an accurate snapshot of the current patient activity within the unit.
