The Evil Twin Invades the States

April 5, 2011 - PRLog -- The launch is slated for release on Monday, April 18th, when the beers will be officially debuted during a five-course beer dinner at Beer Table in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The Evil Twin himself, Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø, will be on-hand to present his beers for the first time on U.S. soil. Tickets to the dinner can be procured here: http://beertable.com/events/

Tuesday, April 19th, will feature the official retail release of the first
five Evil Twin beers.  The beers:

- Soft DK
- Disco Beer
- Yin
- Yang

Other Evil Twin events slated during the launch week:
- On Tuesday evening, 4/19 Meet-the-Brewer Event and Philadelphia Debut at Farmer's Cabinet in Center City, Philadelphia.
- On Wednesday evening, 4/20 Meet-the-Brewer Draft Night at Rattle N Hum, NYC. - On Sunday afernoon, 4/24, Full Evil Twin Draft Lineup at Blind Tiger Alehouse.

About The Evil Twin: Evil Twin Brewing is the brainchild of Jeppe
Jarnit-Bjergsø. An avid beer geek since 1997, Jeppe began home-brewing in Copenhagen, Denmark in June/'03. His first foray into the commercial craft beer scene commenced in September/'05, when he opened the now world-famous bottle shop Ølbutikken in Copenhagen. The reputation of Jeppe & his shop grew quickly, and myriad side projects began (including his collaboration with Cantillon on the Blåbær Lambik - one of this most highly regarded, highly sough-after lambics in the world). Evil Twin Brewing is Jeppe's latest venture, and is the culmination of the vast knowledge, experiences, and relationships he's built over the years.

About Twelve Percent: 12% Imports is a Brooklyn, NY-based importer and distributor of small, artisanal breweries from Europe and North America.
