Ted Brooks announces Trial Consulting Network

April 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Ted Brooks, a frequent contributor to Law Technology News, checks in to report on the establishment of a new national consortium of trial support providers, the Trial Consulting Network. The group is starting as a service of Brooks' company, California-based Litigation-Tech, initially functioning as a referral group, but may ultimately spin off as a separate company, he says.

"We are already in a position to compete with the largest companies on matters of any size, and in multiple locations. Although we haven't even officially started marketing yet, we've already brought in our first case referral," says Brooks. Trial Consulting Network is also currently being considered for trial prep and presentation services in one of the largest matters in recent history.

Among the initial 25 companies participating are Z-Axis of Colorado, Arkansas' Litigation Resource Group, and Precise of Pittsburgh, Pa. Most of the consultancies range in size from three to 15 trial technicians, says Brooks.

Brooks is featured in the April edition of LTN, in our Technology on Trial column, "Frank McCourt Strikes Out," discussing how Jamie McCourt's litigation support team used inData's TrialDirector presentation software to highlight key documents in the high-profile divorce case that may determine who owns the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team.
