April 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Annabelle Candy Company, manufacturer of the popular Abba-Zaba Candy, has agreed to a promotional partnership with RAINDEO | BEAUTIFUL. The downtown Los Angeles-based agency has been hired to champion an online consumer contest promoting one of Annabelle’s most popular products, Abba-Zaba. Details of the interactive contest have not been announced and is scheduled to launch in late summer/early fall.

Abba-Zaba is a taffy candy bar with a delicious peanut butter center. Its distinctive candy wrapper features a yellow and black checkerboard “taxi” pattern that continues to be one of the most recognized candy brands in history. Prior to Annabelle Candy Company purchasing the brand in 1978, the very first Abba-Zaba bar was manufactured in 1922. Annabelle Candy is located in Hayward, California.
