Car Paint Art? Local Artist Brings New Meaning to Art April 28th in Carlsbad, Ca

April 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Hosted by the Carlsbad Village Association, local  artists have collaborated, once again with the  re-opening of  the 10 hr Art Gallery. Located in a vacant shop at 538 Grand Avenue, Carlsbad, it will be open at 11:am until 9pm, all day through the event,  Thursdays on the Coast , The Experience, which starts at 5:30 – 8:30pm.

All art is for sale and on display and exhibiting painting,, photography, jewelry, glass, and a demonstration of specialized clothing painting presented by Francesca, fresh off the runways in Vista and the Chocolate Festival.  Interesting and unique, Francesca will paint anything, and a unique artist, Alfonzo Ugalde and his special piece “ Manikin” will be displaying.

The city needs an infusion of new ideas and event opportunities affording everyone the opportunity to thrive and grow. One such opportunity was to provide local artists a venue for art and create an atmosphere for artists and business to unite in support of the event.

Self-guided walking maps will define the sponsor’s locations and can be obtained from the local merchants and also programs. from the event hub located at The Foundry Studios at New  Village Arts, 2787 Grand Avenue.
