"We were not sure how the changes would effect the overall presentation of Emerging Magazine's ideals when we decided to change formats," says Managing Director, S. Rothe' du Bois of Emerging Magazine. "However, when you see professionals such as Herb Moore joining in, contributing to the magazine, you realize what you are doing is the right thing," Mr. du Bois continued. Herb Moore recently told Animation News in an exclusive interview, "“I have been involved in animation for 20 years, it is all I ever wanted to do. But in the last 4 years, with the explosion of the digital airwaves I was able to do what I wanted to do, and that’s doing animated shorts strictly for entertainment purposes.
