Satterley has joined the company as the Mid-Atlantic Region Director of Sales for the company’s facilities management (FM) business. In this role, Mr. Satterley is responsible for new business development for the Greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as Maryland and Northern Virginia. His efforts will focus on the legal industry, which is DTI’s primary market for its FM business, as well as select vertical markets in the corporate sector including financial institutions, national associations, academia and healthcare.

DTI’s facilities management services include traditional mail, copy, fax, hospitality, and reception services. Services also include court filing, docket, records, reception, automated document routing, fleet management, printer management, and cost recovery management as well as on-site and off-site litigation support services as part of a true end-to-end solution.

Jim Satterley brings more than 27 years of experience in the outsourcing industry to the DTI team. He was a founding partner of KnexGen Solutions, a technology consulting firm, prior to which he served as Regional General Manager for GLC Business Services in Washington, D.C. He also spent several years with IKON Office Solutions, where he served as Director of Strategic Accounts and General Manager of Outsourcing. Satterley’s experience in the outsourcing business began in 1983 with Chas. P. Young / Ameriscribe Management Services. He is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and lives in Alexandria, VA.
