May 19, 2011 - PRLog -- CARY, NC (May 6, 2011) – The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the first global comprehensive association for the diversity and inclusion field, spanning all industries and sectors, today announced a strategic partnership with global web-based software provider Insala to implement MOSAIC, Mentors Offering Support & Advice for Inclusion Careers.

The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals’ 12-month MOSAIC learning program combines virtual mentoring technology implemented by Insala with in-person mentoring. Insala, an ISDIP sponsor, will implement its Hi-Impact Mentoring ® software solution to match and pair novice diversity and inclusion professional members with those who are veterans in the field, track the mentoring process, and measure program results.

The Hi-Impact Mentoring ® solution is a web-based platform of tools and resources for both mentoring program managers and participants. The platform facilitates all aspects of a mentoring initiative, including the application process, matching and pairing, tracking and reporting of program progress, mentor/mentee communication, and more. In particular, it enables organizations with sizable existing and potential mentoring populations to support efficient, accountable, and beneficial programs.

“We're thrilled that, thanks to our strategic partnership with Insala, we're able to provide a world-class mentoring program to our members,” says Dr. Cassandra D. Caldwell, Ph.D., founder and chief executive officer of The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals. “We believe that mentoring is a key component of professional development and benefits mentees and mentors on multiple levels.”

“We are very pleased to be supporting an organization such as the International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals, with its great mission of providing professional networking, support, and development opportunities for diversity and inclusion professionals worldwide,” says Judy Corner, Director of Mentoring Services at Insala. “We believe that with the help of Insala’s technology capabilities and mentoring expertise, ISDIP will provide a mentoring program that not only fulfills, but exceeds, the expectations and goals of its members.”
