Generally speaking, vacuum degasser/gas buster and common degasser developed at the same time. Comparatively, vacuum degasser have higher efficiency. But structure is complicated, volume is large.

While common pressure degasser have simple structure, small foot print, high reliabiltiy. Especially, nowdays, we can find some degassers with worm wheel may replace vacuum degasser.
