By: Lynnette Phillips Ms. Hill has just returned from a driving tour of the USA, where among other stops, she visited several sites depicted in her debut novel ‘Jenkins: Confederate Blockade Runner’ including Fair Haven, Vermont, the home of the lovely Eliza Colburn. Eliza became the love of C. T. Jenkins life when she met him while vacationing in Florida. She returned home to Fair Haven only to have Colonel Jenkins follow her and propose. http://www.youtube.com/ While visiting the library in Fair Haven this summer Emily was approached by the director of the library, Carol Scott, who had recently added Jenkins: Confederate Blockade Runner to the library's system. Ms. Scott told Ms. Hill it was "receiving very good reviews" and asked the delighted author to sign the library's copy. Ms. Phillips tells us that she is looking forward to hearing about Emily's journeys both across the country and through publication and distribution of her work. This promises to be a very entertaining and lively show so listen to Lynnette's Book World on Blog Talk Radio Monday afternoon, August 8 and join the live chat with Emily Hill by calling 714/202-9912. # # # Lynnette Phillips has written reviews for numerous novels and short stories and has established relationships with many authors and publishers.
