Women in eDiscovery Announces First Ever National Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Women in eDiscovery will hold its inaugural National Meeting on October 5 immediately following the Masters Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.

Aug. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- MINNEAPOLIS, MN –  Women in eDiscovery, a non-profit organization that brings together women interested in technology related to the legal industry, today announced that it will hold its inaugural National Meeting on October 5. The meeting will occur immediately following the Masters Conference at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C. The theme, “Taking Flight,” reflects the overall mission of Women in eDiscovery: women helping women rise above the rest in the legal world, both personally and professionally.

Since its inception in 2007, Women in eDiscovery has grown to 28 chapters and more than 5,000 members worldwide. The non-profit association is comprised of women from all walks of life, including general counsel, secretaries, partners, associates, chief operating officers, paralegals, litigation support and e-discovery professionals.

The Women in eDiscovery National Meeting will immediately follow the Masters Conference on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Information on the schedule of events, topics and networking opportunities are forthcoming.
