Sept. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Morgan Auto Group has acquired Brandon Honda located at 9209 E. Adamo Drive in Tampa from the Scott-McRae Group. The acquisition of Brandon Honda brings Morgan Auto Group’s auto dealership holdings to 12, including Honda of Ocala, Honda of Gainesville, Toyota of Tampa Bay, Scion of Tampa Bay, BMW of Sarasota, Wade Raulerson Buick GMC in Gainesville, Wesley Chapel Mini, Gainesville Mitsubishi, Lamborghini Sarasota, Ford of Port Richey, and Port Richey Mitsubishi.

Morgan Auto Group is owned by Larry Morgan and his son, Brett Morgan. Both are highly respected business and community leaders in the Tampa area. Larry Morgan is Vice Chairman of the Florida Automobile Dealers Association, as well as Chairman of Bay Care Health Systems, Inc., original founder of Tires Plus (602 stores nationally) and Vice Chairman of the Transitions Championship PGA Golf Tournament that raises $2 million annually for local charities.
