By: Entertainment Headline News New York Hollywood-Nashville- Tobi Gordon’s single “Let’s Sing America” was chosen to be released today on the 9/11 tenth anniversary to some 2800 radio stations and then worldwide to another 1800 radio stations for patriotic airplay that will last for generations. Gordon’ Today, her patriotic release for the 9/11 families is time stamped and shipped to radio to help with the completion of fund raising for the Shanksville, Pennsylvania memorial of Flight 93 on which those famous words were spoken, “Let’s roll.” President & Mrs Clinton joined President & Mrs. George Bush Saturday in opening the first phase of the Flight 93 memorial. Thousands attended the opening ceremonies in Pennsylvania on Saturday which featured the clergy and prayers were given and allowed at those services. Former President George & Laura Bush started the day by placing a wreath at the Pentagon in Washington DC and then made personal appearances at the memorial services in Shanksville, PA where 40 passengers lost their lives on United Flight 93. These heroes took the plane over and kept the terrorists from crashing it into the White House. The flight was only 20 minutes away from either hitting the Capitol building or the White House. All the passengers perished on that fateful day. While Mayor Bloomberg in New York has refused to allow any religious observance at the ceremony today at ground zero and kept firefighters, police and clergy from the memorial there, the services in Shanksville allowed spiritual prayers and the clergy to attend those services and offer praise for the families of 9/11. The only spiritual memories today at ground zero will be music from patriotic singers and songwriters like Alan Jackson, Lee Greenwood, Randy Travis, Tobi Gordon and Sarah McLachlan. These artists have spent their time, money and energy in the rebuilding and healing process. We all know that music is a healer of the soul and Mrs. Gordon has been instrumental in that process. It has taken 10 years just to get the first phase of the Flight 93 memorial completed. Former Presidents Clinton & Bush vowed Saturday to raise the next $10 million dollars in donations to complete the second phase that will honor the Flight 93 heroes This press release contains the “official” One national radio programmer at ABC Radio in New York has called the deeply patriotic album by Tobi Gordon, "the best healing CD I have ever heard" since the nation went through 9/11.
