Shamrock Financial CEO Named Top Mortgage Executive

Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Rumford, RI – September 2, 2011 – Dean Harrington, original founder and current CEO of East Providence based mortgage banking firm, Shamrock Financial Corporation, has been named one of the top mortgage executives in New England.

The award, presented at the annual New England Mortgage Banking Conference by the Banker & Tradesman and Commercial Record, honors the most prominent dozen men and women as Mortgage Titans. These twelve are recognized as those individuals who have shaped the New England mortgage industry in perhaps its most turbulent period.

Mr. Harrington, of East Providence, RI, was one of the founding partners of Shamrock Financial in 1989. “I like to say I was just the first guy to turn the lights on”, Dean is fond of saying.
