Neo-Soul’s Latest Star Reesa Renee Releases “Wonderland Cool” Single

Oct. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- (Washington, DC) -- Reesa Renee, an artist, musician, songwriter, and lyrical poet from the DC Metropolitan Area, released her “Wonderland Cool” single today on iTunes, Amazon MP3 and CD Baby. Wonderland Cool is a fun, upbeat hip-hop track that tells the story of Reesa’s self-discovery of style and fashion. The video was released last week on YouTube.


In a review of the video for the Washington Examiner, Journalist Lee Anderson writes, “Reesa realizes… she’s too cool to go along with something she isn’t comfy with and that she can be fly simply on the merits of her individuality. And that is what makes the video directed by Jason Baustin great. While the video lacks an elaborate 24 person dance routine on top of car hoods in a parking lot in the desert or shots of luxury cars that no one on the set owns cruising down the highway, what the video does have is relevance. It visually relates to what is happing sonically.”
