Oct. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- North Texas video game freelancer Patrick Scott Patterson is among the first group of video game champions and personalities set to appear in the first-ever official collector card set dedicated to gaming.

Twin Galaxies, the longstanding scorekeepers for the video game industry, recently displayed the upcoming cards to the public for the first time this past weekend.  Patterson is among the first group to be featured as part of Twin Galaxies "limousine" card set which goes on sale at the Twin Galaxies Video Game Festival event in Iowa this November.

Patterson, 35, was selected to be featured on a card for record scores on both classic and modern gaming titles and previous contributions to the Twin Galaxies brand.

"I was very flattered when I received the phone call that asked me to be part of the set," Patterson said.  "Now that the details are worked out I'm excited, too."

Over the past two years, Patterson has been featured in media by Guinness World Records, ESPN and the Chicago Sun-Times among others.  His work and activities in video gaming can be found on his official website at http://www.PatrickScottPatterson.com.
