Famous Smoke Shop Earns Bizrate's Circle of Excellence Award 2011

According to a Bizrate memo http://www.bizrate.com, only 84 online retailers received the Circle of Excellence Award, which represents only 1.7% of all online retailers within the Bizrate Insights North American Retailer Network. Moreover, entry into the Circle of Excellence was more competitive this year than in 2010, while Network averages for the included customer satisfaction ratings were higher all-around.  

The Circle of Excellence Award is based on the following criteria: Excellence in providing top-notch customer service, consistent collection of customer feedback, and earning exceptional customer satisfaction ratings during the past year.
