XO Consulting Group, Corp., XOCG Ceases any/all branding efforts as Brand Representative for Cyclus

Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- XO Consulting Group, Corp., XOCG Ceases any and all branding efforts as Brand Representative for Cyclus-US.

XOCG is an integrated consulting firm with expertise in brand development, marketing, and strategic planning. Today they announce it’s decision to cease any and all business relationships with Cyclus-US and Cyclus Colombia.

XOCG’s CMO Ximena Adamo is very a passionate individual who is always in search for international brands that not only offer an exceptional product but also offer value. She looks for more in a product, as she states “a brand with a purpose is a brand which consumers appreciate and value, but some brands fail to express.”

XOCG’s efforts to bring the Cyclus brand (an international brand from Bogota Colombia) to the US market and position such in the territory started in early 2009. XOCG’s CMO flew to Colombia to meet with owner and designer Ximena Velez and Jorge Burgos where several agreements were made.

XOCG's started by launching the brand at Miami International Fashion Week in 2010, two months after the initial visit- which both owners of Cyclus were a part of and which was a HUGE success. From then the acceptance of the brand has had a impressive turn-around.

Additionally, based on XOCG’s passion to position this incredible concept and by request and approval of Ximena Velez from Cyclus, XOCG made over $63K USD investment in the brand in a period of 9 months. Unfortunately, Cyclus breached or failed to compy with our contract or agreement. Therefore, XOCG has stepped aside and has ceased any and all branding efforts as it awaits Cyclus' response.

While Cyclus has stated that they were the ones that terminated such agreement, it’s still evident that they haven't -  as it clearly states in their website today, XOCG is the exclusive Brand Representative for the North American region of Cyclus-US.

Due to the overwhelm emails XOCG receives daily from clients and consumers wanting more information (which proofs the success of our efforts to position Cyclus in the US) is why XOCG's CMO Ximena Adamo decided that a communication needed to be sent to all.

“I feel that passionate clients and consumers as those who have expressed interest in Cyclus should have the opportunity to know our silence with regards to this brand. It's a mix of feeling as I'm impressed of the success and loyalty of Cyclus' followers which we created from scratch and the sadness of ceasing the branding of such an amazing product.
