In 2009, meetings generated a total economic impact of more than $900 billion that makes it bigger than high-profile industries such as air transportation, gambling and auto manufacturing-a fact not many people are aware of, except the millions of people who work in the industry every day.  The popularity of the conference has grown and each year more non faith-based planners attend.  "We outgrow our space with more planners attending every year," shares Ware.  "They always leave with fresh perspective and rejuvenation ready to capitalize on an industry out-pacing some of the more traditional corporate professions."

Since social media has aided to the success of the event, Ware will teach a full segment on how she utilizes social media to promote her events for $200 or less and her client events for a fraction of their normal budgets.  She also will share how to outsource to international partners. Ware provides custom training to churches on how to use social media to grow their events, communicate with their members and grow their congregations.  Bishop Paul S. Morton, 61, Pastor of mega church, Changing a Generation in Atlanta, is one of her clients and started using social media after Ware trained him. He now has over 10,000 followers on Twitter.  She also worked with a 10,000 person convention at the GWCC and hosted a live stream of their conference that generated 5000 unique views directly from Facebook and from purchasing a custom mobile app, they cut their printing budget by 45 percent.   "Attendees will learn this and so much more at our conference," says Ware.  "Meeting and event planners everywhere will gain valuable knowledge and insights that will help take their craft to the next level."
