Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- SPECIAL ENTERTAINMENT RELEASE LAS VEGAS NEVADA.Rickey Anderson vice president  spokesperson and operations director of soul singer moody scott creole cajun food products announced today that aTaste Of Louisiana Creole Cajun Foods, will officially kick off the inroduction, of the soul singer, new company a Taste of Louisiana. just in time for the upcoming holiday season .the singer who hails from Hammond Louisiana just 50 miles from the big easy New Orleans .was recently asked how he would find the time to devote to his catering company as well, as his Entertainment Career. he responded well its quite simple  colonel sanders of the kfc food chain contiues to be quite sucessful and he wasnt in the kitchen frying chicken as i can recall. its all about the recipes and that the  food products maintains its consistency at all times. i wanted to do this because i am what you would call a black coon ass a true southern person and my hobby is good quality cooking of southern foods. its relaxes me and i really enjoy seeing people enjoy eating healthy foods.  we dont use food coloring or msg in our products and uses low fat unsaturated oils in our cooking due to health concerns  i have created well over 50 or more of my own aunthenic items. i got the idea to share my food with the general public it frist started when my wife lorena and i relocated from california to  las vegas. for the frist few years we would host small parties for some of our special friends and from there people via word of mouth would rave about our foods to there friends .and on top of that we became  somewhat dissapointed in people who was opening up new business here in vegas and calling it cajun creole food. and some of the products wasnt what you would call aunthenic Louisiana cusine. and to add to it  really overpriced. the myth that  all cajun foods are hot & spicey scares some people. and i must say, that this is totally untrue of our cusine. sure some of our dishes are spicey, which depends, on a person tolerance for spicey foods. however its comes spicey, mild, or hot so the consumer has these options to choose from. we mix creole & cajun cooking together.. which creates, a perfect blend of both rich  cultures  of southwest louisiana, cajun country food  cusines..the difference between creole & cajun cooking is some what  similar where as the african american french speaking creole people uses a tomatoe based gravies& okra in there cooking and the cajuns people relies mostly on the roux gravy mix.by mixing the two together it is indeed awesome food. we have have began construction of the new food web web site its currently being designed by promoter musician band leader Ray Hinkle of arizona popular blues band bluzone of tempe arizona. once completed people can order our fine  products online www.moodyscott creole cajun foods.com.with the use of pay pal or visa mastercard credit card transactions. we shipped our online items via fedx or ups packaged in a safe secure stroform container packed with lots of dry ice to assure its freshness when it arrives to our clients. we also are happy offers top quality live entertainment for our clients upon request. featuring some of  the finest live bands, from the nevada  ca, and arizona areas. as well as live djs,solo acts, duos, clowns, comic, and impersonators that we include within our catering packages .as for my musical career i am indeed happy to announce that  l have began working on and upcoming new cd untitled at this time. to be released early 2012  finishing a book of my lfe & career. growing up in a small rural farming community of jim crow louisiana. durning the historical early 50s & 60s era. producing a live creole cajun cooking show. and doing some personal appearences its about time i came out of my hiatus and  starting performing for my many music fans. so i plan to kick off my Get Rid Of Those Recession Blues Soul Tour 2012. we are currently putting tour dates together ive excepted an invitation to perform at the 2012 Ponderosa Music Stomp Festival to be held in New Orleans sept 14-15  yes my plate is quite full but i wouldnt have it any other way ...
