"Coastal Cooking in Pomerania and Gdansk" follows a custom-designed itinerary created in collaboration with local people. Participants will sample breads, beers, and world-renowned vodkas made in the area. In addition to preparing regional cuisine with local cooks, participants will learn from a professional chef at the Pomerania Culinary Academy in Gdansk. And the first battle of WWII took place here.
