The Crowne Plaza Springfield Announces Two Prix Fixe Christmas Buffets

Dec. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Springfield, IL – This holiday season, the Crowne Plaza Springfield is offering two holiday-inspired buffets, a Christmas Eve buffet on December 24 and a Christmas Day brunch on December 25.

The Christmas Eve buffet includes:

- Prime rib carving station
- Pasta bar with penne and linguini
- Soup, salad and vegetable station
- Sweet and baked potatoes
- Antipasto
- Rolls and desert station

The buffet costs $25.95 for adults and $17.95 for kids (ages 7 – 12).  Children 6 and under eat free, and drinks are not included.  

The Christmas Day brunch includes:

- Carved meat stations
- Omelets and waffle station
- Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage
- Pecan rolls, breakfast potatoes and vegetables
- Fruit, salad and shrimp bar
- Desert station with chocolate dipping fountain
- Glass of champagne or mimosa
