A Successful Year for Diva Natural Hair

Dec. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- With a first anniversary and a packed out events calendar, 2011 has been a momentous year for top of the range natural hair extension and lace wig supplier Diva Natural Hair.
Diva Natural Hair celebrated their first birthday last month at the tail end of what’s been an incredibly successful year.  

Special Events and Appearances

Diva kicked off 2011 by supplying lace wigs and hair extensions for the models at an exciting London fashion show hosted by 3colour rule.  The event featured Garage super star Kele le Roc and was a fabulous way to start the year.  Another fashion highlight of 2011 was an appearance at London Fashion Week.  

Wedding fashion was big this year too with an invitation to the Mahogany Bridal Fashion Show in London.  The show is Europe’s largest Afro Caribbean bridal show and Diva were proud to be among all the hustle and bustle.  Later in the year came the UK’s largest wedding show the National Wedding Show at the NEC Birmingham.  This was Diva’s first exhibition and it was a busy weekend supplying hair extensions to many brides to be.  

To round off the year Diva was proud to sponsor The Ghana UK Based Achievement (GUBA) Awards.  Diva founder, Naadu Nartey is herself Ghanaian born and was “proud to sponsor an event that acknowledges the hard work of UK based Ghanaian run businesses.”  

Celebrity Endorsement

Throughout the year Diva’s high quality natural hair products have attracted a number of celebrity fans.  Up and coming Cameroon born model Vanessa a la Mode credits Diva for her immaculate hair.  Other model fans include Nana Efua Antwi, winner of Top Model of Colour Award 2011 and London based Chloe Arrowsmith. Jodie Marsh is a fan too and has long endorsed Diva as the most reliable supplier of consistently high quality natural hair extensions.  

The Diva brand has really come a long way in 2011 and there are high hopes from all at Diva Natural Hair that 2012 will be just as eventful.
