Bloomberg L.P. to Host Business and Innovation Discussions for Social Media Week in New York

Feb. 8, 2012 - PRLog -- Social Media Week (www.socialmediaweek.org) announced today that Bloomberg L.P. will serve as the hub for all discussions taking place around the impact of social media and technology on businesses during its New York conference on February 13-17, 2012. Reid Hoffman, co-founder and executive chairman of LinkedIn, will be one of the keynote speakers, focusing on how professionals can accelerate their careers in today's competitive world.

In addition to business innovation, there are five other focus areas during this year's Social Media Week events: advertising & marketing; art & culture; global society; health & wellness; and social environmental change.  Each area has a dedicated iconic institution where programming will occur.
