VoucherCodes.co.uk strengthens senior management team with new finance director

Feb. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- 10th February 2012, London, UK – Leading shopping website VoucherCodes.co.uk today announces it has bolstered its senior management team with the appointment of Mike Lester as finance director.

Mike will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational running of the company’s finances, working closely with the company’s Directors to maximise revenue performance across the whole business.

Mike joins VoucherCodes.co.uk from PRCo Ltd, a public relations agency specialising in luxury travel and property with offices in London, Paris, Munich, Milan, Moscow, New York and Dubai, where he was group finance director. During eight years with PRCo he was responsible for the groups finance, IT, legal and internal systems development, he also played an instrumental role in the company’s growth through his involvement in both greenfield start-ups and acquisitions.

Prior to joining PRCo, Mike qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and the spent two years working in mergers & acquisitions with Deutsche Bank and Hawkpoint Partners. He is a member of the ICAEW and holds a BA from Manchester University.
