Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- FORT MYERS, Fla. (February 20, 2012) – LandQwest Property Management is proud to announce the promotion of Bob Reynolds, CCIM, to Managing Director. Mr. Reynolds has been a part of the LandQwest Commercial team for two years. He is responsible for corporate business development for the LandQwest Companies and operations for LandQwest Property Management.

Bob has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience covering a broad spectrum of property types and ownerships. He started his career in 1986 with one of the largest retail developers in the Midwest and managed one of the top five grossing shopping centers in the country.  Since then, he has been financially and administratively responsible for over 25,000,000 SF of office, retail and industrial space and has extensive experience in turning around troubled assets.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois.   He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); is a member of the Commercial Investment Professional (CIP) and holds a Florida Brokers License.
