Create complex, 3-dimensional GFRC projects with “Water, Light & Fire: Advanced 3-D Concrete.”

Feb. 20, 2012 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC – February 20, 2012 –The 3-day class “Water, Light & Fire: Advanced 3-Dimensional Concrete” includes instruction on fireplaces, fire pits, curved, three dimensional pieces, furniture and desks, fiber optics and other lighting effects, basic fabric forming, water features and fountains, integral sinks, vessel sinks, ramp sinks, rubber mold making, a variety of drainboard styles, and showers. The class will be held April 18 to 20, 2012 near Chicago.

Students will create three different projects incorporating fire burners, fabric forming, fiber optics, water features and more. They will also receive detailed handouts with essential information about water pumps, fire burner safety, waterproofing for showers, rubber mold making, and more, all with step-by-step instructions and material and equipment lists.

The class is limited to 12 students. Students must have experience in Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), or attend the GFRC 101 class the preceding two days.
