RARE WWII FP-45 Liberator Pistol reproduced in .22 Blank (NON-GUN) Version

This has the same look and feel as our .45 ACP Class 1 firearm, but they are unmarked, making them even more authentic in appearance. Ideal for historic reenactors who don't want a live gun. NO FFL needed!

Feb. 24, 2012 - PRLog -- Vintage Ordnance Company LLC, maker of the excellent reproduction World War Two FP-45 Liberator Pistols, now has a non-gun version that is arguably the most unique starter pistol of all time and perfect for reenactors as well as historically minded track coaches.  Although it is made of the same materials as the shooting .45 ACP guns, the starter pistol cannot be made to fire a projectile as the barrel is actually two pieces separated by a hardened steel block permanently welded in.  It will only chamber and fire common .22 short blanks.  The blank-only model is also completely unmarked just like the originals were.

This non-gun version of the FP-Liberator is available with or without the complete replica WWII air-drop packaging set. Packaging set consists of waxed outer box, internal ammunition box with spacer and folded instruction sheet, wooden dowel and wooden packing block that was placed under the grip to keep the contents from shifting.

As featured in the ShotGun News Magazine, New Products Section, Volume 66 - Issue 5.
