March 5, 2012 - PRLog -- We are pleased to announce a brand new innovative employee review and rating system.  In this day and age times are changing and so are we to provide ways of reaching out to you the parent, mother, father, grandparents and families across America. We want to hear your feedback and opinions of your experiences when dealing with The Department of Children & Families.
After many months of listening to viewers and gathering feedback on how to better improve our public image and maintain healthy and strong ties to the families we interact with on a day-to-day basis we have now been able to launch a cutting edge employee review system so that we can excel and providing every family the service they deserve.

Our newest addition to our online department of children and families rating system is currently focusing on strengthening our relationships with the families we interact with. Now the public can rate and leave reviews of your past or current dealings with our DCF investigators or caseworker care managers.

With our new investigator review system up and running you will be able to leave a comment about any dealings you have had both negative and positive, plus also rate their performance on the following criteria.

Respectful
Professional
Accuracy of family assessment
Knowledge of available or necessary services
Overall family support
With the options listed above you will be able to rate each aspect from 1 to 5 rating.
