Brittany did it again: Another Short Sale Sold in Athens, GA!

March 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Brittany Purcell & Associates did it again! We sold another short sale in Athens, GA! This time the bank made it a little harder on us than normal, but that wasn't about to stop us from getting an approval!

These particular sellers had one loan with Greentree Servicing that was backed by Fannie Mae. We listed this property in November of 2011, had it under contract for the second time at the end of December, and we were able to close today, March 29th, 2012. So from start to finish, it was 4 months. Not bad if you consider that we had one buyer back out, had to find another buyer, and had to postpone foreclosure at one point.
