Aishwarya Rai College in UP - It's under Construction!

April 26, 2012 - PRLog -- A girl’s college is soon going to be set up in Uttar Pradesh by Amitabh Bachchan in the name of his daughter in law – Aishwarya Rai. There has been news that the Daulatpur Village Committee has handed over a land area to Amitabh Bachchan Sewa Samiti (ABSS) which is a recently formed organization for the construction of the college. There has been news that the construction of the college is soon going to begin. Right now, there are plans to have classes from nursery to 12th standard and it will be upgraded to include colleges too in the campus. The foundation stone for the college had been laid by Amitabh at the beginning of the year 2008 itself. Though the foundation for it was laid almost 4 four years before, the construction of the college has not started yet. Amitabh has confirmed that the construction will begin soon this year and will be over within a reasonable time period.  

The stunning actress, Aishwarya Rai was born on November1, 1973. She worked as a model before becoming an actress by profession. She has acted in films of various languages such as English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Bengali. She made her debut in a Tamil film named Iruvar which was directed by Mani Ratnam in the year 1997. During the years, 2003 – 2005, she experienced a series of unsuccessful films after which she gave a series of big hits in both Tamil and Hindi. Her hit list includes the films namely: Dhoom 2, Guru, Jodha Akbar and Endhiran.

Apart from her film carrier, Aishwarya is a brand ambassador for various charity organizations and also cosmetic companies. She has made a lot of achievements and has also won Padma Shree which is the fourth highest civilian award given by the Government of India. She was married to Abhishek Bachchan, the son of Amitabh Bachchan and has been blessed with a girl child just 4 to 5 months ago.

She has continued to be a great person socially responsible too.
