Follow on Google News | Cyber Quest Laser Tag in the SouthEastern Shore Lanes opened in April with a laser tag arena designed by Creative Works.
By: Danny Gruening - Creative Works This is actually the second location that owner Butch Cole has opened. The first, named Gulf Bowl, resides 25 miles south in the town of Foley, AL. He wanted to use his experience to make the best decisions for Eastern Shore Lanes. When researching attractions for this new facility, Butch discovered that laser tag provided a fantastic throughput and very high revenues, especially when designed with a great theme. That’s where Creative Works came in. Butch knew that with the 15 years experience this company had, they would be able to design and build a fantastic arena. From the very start, Creative Works took the reins on project management. They worked with the contractor, architect, and laser tag equipment provider in order to deliver a turnkey package. It wasn’t an easy road, as the site hit a few speed bumps along the way. “Butch did have a couple issues regarding coding for his building and the second level structure in the arena,” commented Armando Lanuti of Creative Works. “But we were able to work with his inspector and take care of those items to make sure he could open his doors on time.” The guest response has been fantastic so far. Kids and adults have loved the 3,300 square foot Cyber Quest arena. The theme immerses the guests in an outer-space environment with large base props, bright colors, detailed mural work, and special effect lighting.
