May 9, 2012 - PRLog -- SCOTTSDALE, AZ   -  DMB Realty Network, a Scottsdale-based sales, marketing and brokerage operations company serving buyers, sellers, developers and builders throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean reports Q1 2012 sales surpassed all expectations.  “We have not seen this type of activity since early 2007,” says Co-Founder, CEO & President, Donald D. Kent.  Mr. Kent attributes the company’s success to a modest upturn in the housing market and to methodologies the company has implemented over the past four years, combined with successful strategies achieved in the past decade during which time the company achieved more than $3 Billion in luxury residential real estate sales.

     The company, which manages Brokerage Operations in Scottsdale’s prestigious communities of Silverleaf and DC Ranch, Verrado in the West Valley and Flagstaff’s Forest Highlands, has experienced double digit increases in sales activity over prior years.     DMB Realty Network experienced the same level of success internationally during what remains a difficult time in the Mexican market.  “The Developer was completing the construction of a boutique hotel with a luxury real estate component in Central Mexico for U.S. second home buyers in the middle of swine flu hysteria, a drug war featured in media across North America and a depressed economy throughout the region,” Mr. Kent recalls.  The DMB Realty Network team deployed and while U.S. and Canadian markets struggled and hesitated when it came to purchasing or visiting Mexico, the team developed and executed a strategy tailored to the affluent Mexican market, focusing efforts on raising awareness at the domestic level with positive results.

     “The DMBRN team was able to adjust quickly to a changing market and implemented a strategy that focused on the affluent Mexican Buyer and the diverse local ex-patriot market. Their understanding of the importance of community involvement was also paramount to our success; we sold 30% of first phase prior to completion, ” tells Victor Cortes, Director General of the project’s developer, Bald Mountain de México.
