Delray Securities, LLC to purchase a Seventeen State “Broker Dealer”.

May 12, 2012 - PRLog -- Boca Raton, Florida (May 12th, 2012) Delray Securities, LLC, the prominent International Banking Firm, said on Friday it has completed all negotiations for the acquisition of a Seventeen State Broker Dealer and will rename it Delray Investments, LLC.

Delray Securities, a Southern Florida and Southern California based International Investment Banking Firm shot to fame over the past two years with its Energy and Real Estate Related Investments. The firm currently has five private equity funds, each outperforming same or similar funds in their respective classes.

The firm said it will initially provide financial advisory and research services, but is seeking permission from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to expand its services to include sales and trading, syndicate participation and other broker-dealer activities.

In the Firm’s Press Release, it states that this is the first of many big events for the Company this year, which include listing four of its five investment funds for trade on the German Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the U.S. OTC Market, and the possible acquisition of a small Federally Chartered Bank.
