Childhood obesity is at an all time high and on the increase, we must intervene.  In these times of game consoles, televisions and computer games – it is our responsibility to show our children there is another way – fresh air fun, outdoor activities, discovery, adventure and exploration.  

Give our children the space to be free and learn to run, catch bugs, climb trees, fly kites, play conkers, learn about risk and develop their own sense of danger and awareness of the environment around them.
