The on-property spa received a new name, Oleastro Spa, meaning “wild olive tree.” The hotel’s restaurant, Bistro 1111, received new décor and lounge seating. And, the fitness center was replaced with a Hyatt Stay Fit Gym boasting upgraded equipment and amenities. As a whole, the property was refurbished with a fusion of Spanish Colonial architecture, casual elegance and modern conveniences.
