Keith Bourne Appointed Mobile Strategy Advisor for CIO Office of State of Michigan

David Behen, the state's CIO, has appointed Keith to help the state develop their mobile strategy in a way that helps them deliver on their mission to better serve the state's citizens in more effective ways.
