Experts at the conference will include Martina Stegmeier of the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern US, Inc., Tim Forrest of Tim Forrest Consulting; Donald Prater of the Food and Drug Administration European Office; Stefan M. Without the consent of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the FDA, neither domestic nor imported foods can be marketed in the U.S. In order to expand on requirements set forth by these agencies, Tim Forrest, American food expert and FDA agent, will conduct the “Fit for FDA” seminar on June 15.
