Detroit Lexus Dealer Featured on News/Talk 760 WJR with Paul W. Smith

July 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Meade Lexus was honored to be featured on WJR News/Talk 760 with Paul W. Smith for an episode of "Great Places of the Great Lakes," with an air date of Saturday, July 28th.

WJR's Paul W. Smith welcomed part of the Meade Lexus team and one Meade Lexus customer into his studio for a full one-hour broadcast interview.  The show was divided into four segments, beginning with owner Ken Meade discussing his history within the automotive market and what led him to opening two Lexus dealerships more than 20 years ago.

The second segment involved Ken Meade and Meade Lexus of Lakeside sales manager Kate Houlihan, where they interacted with Paul W. Smith about the company's mission and their methods for exceeding the expectations of both customers and employees.  Meade Lexus has a wide-range of customer amenities, and one customer was proud to attest to them. Ron Current, Vice President of the Sterling Heights Chamber of Commerce, shared enthusiastic stories about his experience with Meade Lexus, what led him to the Lexus brand, and why he is still a fan today.

Kristina Reid joined in for the third segment from the Meade Lexus Marketing Department to describe the dealer group's stance on community involvement. From the Meade Lexus Service Squad to holiday toy drives and gift-giving, it becomes apparent that this luxury car company doesn't want to simply sell cars in the community... it wants to be a part of it. Employees take great pride in joining together to give back, with these rewarding experiences reflecting in workplace morale and motivation also--a win-win all around.

The final segment wrapped up with an explanation of where the Lexus brand is heading for the future, and the role Meade Lexus, its employees, and its customers play as that future unfolds.
