Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- Aug. 15, 2012 - NAPERVILLE, Ill. –The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) has named Norma Jean Knollenberg, CPIM, owner and CEO of Top Brands, Inc., Oshkosh, WI, the 2012 recipient of its President’s Award. She was presented with the honor in July at the IMA’s Annual Summit Meeting in Washington DC.

The IMA President’s Award was introduced in 2003 to commemorate the IMA’s fifth anniversary. The award recognizes individuals who have actively furthered IMA’s mission by creating a greater awareness of incentives; helping incentive suppliers prosper in a changing business environment through education, training, research and marketing; and promoting high standards of professionalism in the incentive field.

Knollenberg is one of the very few people who has been president of three industry associations: the Association of Incentive Professionals (AIM), the Incentive Manufacturers & Representatives Association, and the Incentive Marketing Association. She has chaired major conferences for each of these organizations and served on each organization’s executive team, strategic planning committee, and other multiple committees. Her counsel is sought by trade show management, fellow leaders, and the many people she has mentored over the years. Throughout her career in the incentive field, she has supported the Incentive Federation and now serves on its Executive Committee. Knollenberg earned her Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) certification in 2005.
