Health and Fitness Expert Cecily Casey Sign Publishing Deal With CelebrityPress to Release Results

Aug. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Orlando, Fla. – July 31, 2012 – Cecily Casey has joined a select group of the world’s leading health and fitness entrepreneurs have joined together to co-author the forthcoming book titled, Results Fitness. Nick Nanton, along with business partner, JW Dicks, the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress® imprint.
Orlando, Fla. – July 31, 2012 – Cecily Casey has joined a select group of the world’s leading health and fitness entrepreneurs have joined together to co-author the forthcoming book titled, Results Fitness. Nick Nanton, along with business partner, JW Dicks, the leading agents to Celebrity Experts® worldwide, recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress® imprint.

Cecily earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and completed a college certificate program specializing in Health and Wellness Promotion with a concentration in Personal Training. In 2009, Cecily earned her Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) certification, and in 2011 assisted as an instructor at the 10th anniversary RKC hosted in Chicago. In 2010 Cecily earned her USA weightlifting (USAW) Performance Coach certification. Cecily is also a certified personal trainer and functional movement specialist.

The forthcoming book will feature top advice from health, fitness and wellness experts from across the globe on the subjects of total body health, fitness and nutrition. Results Fitness will feature new methods for working out that don’t take a lot of time, are extremely effective and change the way that fitness has been done in the past.

Cecily is a mother of four children ranging in age from 24 to 11 years of age. After a twenty year career in retail, Cecily created a new life plan and now owns and operates RealFit Gym in Highland Park Il. With her business partner and daughter, Lucy, the two specialize in helping women of all ages reach their fitness and nutrition goals.

Cecily continues to travel and learn, attending workshops and seminars in order to bring the best to her clients, Cecily believes that through empowering women we can build a stronger, healthier community.
