Aug. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- With Sequestration by Congress soon approaching, the federal government will be forced to suspend, curtail, and cut-back spending except for emergency functions.  When this happens COR (Contracting Officer’s Representatives) personnel will find funding difficult to come by to attend costly COR Basic and Refresher classroom training.
