Bayut.com examines rental trends of Jumeirah Lake Towers

Oct. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- The rental trends of Bayut.com are a clear indicator of the fact that finally Dubai properties sector no more requires a wheel chair. The worst has been over and the sector is once again managing well to draw the attention of renters. Rental search trends of Bayut.com reveal Jumeirah Lake Towers remained the second most desired location in Q2 after Dubai Marina except in June when JBR gave it a tough competition and snatched its ranking on the index.
In April, Jumeirah Lake Towers got 29 popularity index (PI) points. May remained a tremendous month for JLT since it achieved 92 popularity index (PI) points which were the highest during Q2.  Unfortunately during June, JLT lost its rank and became the third most sough-after location for living on rent in Dubai. Q3 started with mixed signals about the performance of JLT but during the entire quarter, JLT managed to maintain its 2nd position in the index.  
During July alone, JLT regained its rank with 41 points on the index. Despite the fact, that during Ramadan normal business activities slow down but it did not put a full stop to the uphill journey of Jumeirah Lake Towers. With Ramadan in August, JLT still managed to jump to 45 points and maintained its second position in the index. In September, popularity Index of JLT dropped by 2 points but this little drop was ignorable in front of the fact that JLT again gave a good competition to Downtown Dubai and maintained its 2nd rank in the index.
Within JLT, Jumeirah Heights (The clusters), Jumeirah Heights (The fronds), Jumeirah Heights (Village centre), O2 Residence, Tiffany Tower, Indigo tower and Armada Towers remained the prominent rental areas on the popularity index (PI). These real estate landmarks kept shuffling their ranks with one another month-on-month. The level of activity, searches and browsing on the popularity index of http://www.bayut.com is a clear evidence that Jumeirah Lake Towers is one of the most popular and prominent areas of 2012 to live on rent in Dubai.
