By: Fait Maison Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK and nearly 1,000 women die of the disease each month. Breast cancer accounts for nearly 1 in 3 of all female cancers and one in nine women in the UK will develop breast cancer at some point in their lifetime. Approximately 70% of all Fait Maison customers are women. They are all so beautiful, and they are all so precious, and sadly enough, they all can be struck by disease in the future. For that reason, supporting Breakthrough Breast Cancer, which is leading the fight against the disease by developing new treatments and campaigning for better services for patients, is so important to us. We would like to raise awareness among our stunning ladies as well as arm them with essential knowledge about this horrible disease. The good news is that more women than ever in the UK are surviving breast cancer thanks to better awareness, better treatments and better screening. Therefore, Breakthrough Breast Cancer stickers and educational brochures will also be distributed during the event. Fait Maison team considers it vital for the society to find courage and resources to fight back until there is a cure, and hope that an antidote will be discovered soon. We are looking forward to our Go Pink event this weekend and will cover it on: -‐ our website http://www.fait- -‐ our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ Money raised from Fait Maison Go Pink fundraising campaign will be spent on the vital research, campaigning and education work.
